I’ve had these guys for 8 years , they have saved my ass so many times. I had an out of state ticket and the lawyer dropped it to a non moving violation. They also cover my wife , there was 1 ticket in Indiana the lawyer appointed to me couldn’t get a deal on but that comes with the game. I pay weekly and aslong as I have my CDL - I’ll always have ORDP
Most of all the citations was broke down too a lesser violation .
Always do a fantastic job when I use them. have nothing but great things to say about open road and the lawyers they use and as a truck driver tickets hurt but everyone of mine have been knocked down to either none moving or completely thrown out!
I will never use you guys again. I got a speeding ticket in Kansas in January of this year... 2025. I called and got a lawyer assigned. The lawyer by the name of J. Scott Koksal, files for a hearing in the wrong damn court. He let THREE MONTHS go by and told me nothing. My home state of Florida then notified me of an imminent suspension. The lawyer reassured me before and after that it wouldn't happen. However, he was lying the whole time.
