Amazing Bike shop! We needed rear tire and a few adjustments on our sons bike before he went to school and we literally had a two day window to get it done. I called the shop and spoke to AJ. He told me he had the tire that we needed and to bring it right over. AJ was able to do everything we needed while we waited and it took him very little time . Update: After picking up my brand-new bike, it dislodged from my bike rack at 65 mph on Rt 1 — I watched horror in my rearview mirror as my new bike bounced down the highway. The rims were bent and a few other parts damaged. I called Open Road right away, and even though it was near closing time, they told me to bring it in the next day and they’d take care of it.
