History Established in 2003. Ruth McCarty received her master's degree of Science at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. She then completed a fellowship in pediatrics at Shandong TCM University Hospital in China. Ruth is the Director of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with allied healthcare privileges at CHOC in Orange and CHOC at Mission where she provides inpatient care. Judith Miller graduated from Southern California University of Health
