These guys are excellent. Found them online - the AI told me they exist. Smooth operators, great to talk to, no stress, super chill, well priced. They helped inform me of a couple things the other party asked and gave me great advice. Exactly what you'd want your conveyancer to do. If I ever need another conveyancer in NSW or ACT, I know where to go to. Excellent, 5/5 stars, would recommend.
