My client is 82 years old and had a gap in service. The owner Jessica, On Call Coordinator and HHA Shyree met and exceeded my expectations. My request was very last minute and they went out their way to accomodate my client. My client was very satisfied with the services rendered and was able to get a good nights sleep. This agency is a joke. Jessica the owner is a complete liar and does not know how to manage her staff. Do not waste your time with these unprofessional people. I was suppose to have a meeting with the owner Jessica the scheduling coordinator and 2 aides who were interested in helping with my son. The owner or scheduling coordinator never called and never showed. Who does that? Especially in healthcare. So i called to see what happened and why no call no show.
