Placed an order for a few items from Open Air Lifestyles recently, and received the product with some small issues (assembly problems and such). I emailed the company about my concerns, and was immediately contacted back by them to set up a time for them to come out to my house to assist! (The company is located close to my home). Two gentlemen (I believe the owner of the company and lead designer of the products) came to my home on a Sunday (!) to bring me brand new lamps and assemble the box we ordered, at no charge.
