Booked a Spa package for myself and my daughter ($199 each); a little getaway for us. Enjoyed it until I had to pay and was told about the 18% gratuity charge (I missed reading the details on the website). It was non-negotiable - it felt like I was being bullied/gouged by the business. In my opinion, payment of a gratuity is (should be) at the discretion of the client; the amount they wish to pay for the quality of service(s) received. Lesson learned - READ THE FINE PRINT!
It is always a delight to visit the spa. From the pedicures to the personal waxing, you’ll never find a place as relaxing as this.
My hubby surprised me with a visit to Opal21 SPA. Full body massage, pedi and mani for both of us. Jenna and Jashan provided us with an amazing spa experience. Thanks again ladies!
