I was genuinely shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated by a front desk staff member in the spa. The amenities and accommodations were great however when I called to book a couples massage the employee who answered the phone Kelly, hung up on me mid conversation. I called back to clarify she dismissively rushed me off the phone and said that we are fully booked at this time and for the next year. The staff were lovely even with the bell hop being afraid of my dog, who was more afraid of him while trying to hide behind my legs.
We stayed at the resort last July 31st for my 40th birthday for two nights. The room was beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable! The amenities, including the pool and hot tub were amazing. And the restaurant and bar were great! The staff was incredibly welcoming starting with the valet parking. The location is great with local restaurants and bars only a mile down the street. Thank you to the JBR team for making our stay memorable!
I had the most amazing experience at the Opal Spa located at the Jupiter Beach Resort. The place is immaculate! They offer a wide selection of teas and petit fours while you wait. They also provided me with a super soft robe and sandals and a locker to secure my belongings. The staff were very friendly and super professional. My therapist was incredible. My husband surprised me with a mini staycation at this Jupiter Beach Resort which is only a few miles away from our house. The hotel is the perfect size for that luxurious but intimate experience. Our room was super comfortable and extremely clean. Our balcony had ocean view which is exactly what made it so much perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly.
