Michelle the massage therapist is a magical worker!!! As normal I hold my tension in my shoulders, I have seen her a couple times and she has released a lot of tension. Enough where I can hold my 1yo son and not be uncomfortable. I also hurt my knee back almost 10 years ago after snowboarding and never got it looked at properly, but I occasionally have some discomfort since then and just worked through the pain/discomfort.
