Carson is a playful, soulful, sacred practitioner who embodies the philosophies of yoga by integrating bhandas, mudras, chants, Pranayama, Meditation and asana in one beautifully authentic practice. She’s what I call an Asheville quality teacher right here in the piedmont. It was worth the 45 min drive from Raleigh to share S P A C E with Carson. I’m sending all of my yoga teachers in training to visit her classes and learn from her skilled beauty.
This is a really special studio. Carson visited my yoga teacher training as a guest speaker/instructor and I feel so fortunate that she did. Her knowledge and experience are extensive, making her a fantastic teacher for those of us who approach new classes and different styles of yoga with questions.
