We had a nice Experience working with Megan at the Oostburg location today. Very cordial and helpful.
Poor electronic system management and customer service. Our Zelle transfer was initiated early in the morning and then we used our finances later that night. The bank refused to acknowledge the timestamped transfer and upheld an overdraft fee. They were unwilling to work with us and decline to discuss reversal of the fee further or even look at our records.
