Oooh La La Nails is BAD NEWS!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I DO NOT recommend this place! I don't even want to give1 star! I WAS happy here and was a frequent patron until...I went to have acrylic nails taken off, and the tech ripped my nail,the tip of my finger turned red, a blister formed a day later, my entire finger was swollen, and sore. I had to go to the doctor, it was a mess! When I tried to get a refund for services rendered (a total of $25) I was told to "get a lawyer" by the Owner! They had no concern for me as a customer.... read more
Oooh La La Nails is the best nail salon on the block!! I definitely recommend Ooh la la! I have had exceptional service from everyone there. I have been a dedicated customer for over 3 years and followed them to their new salon in RiverPoint. Ooh la la is very clean compared to the other places I've gone.The customer service is excellent and I have seen mistakes corrected. The owners are very nice and I have never known them to be rude.
Horrible Owner/ Customer Service The techs are great- unfortunately the owner and his wife are horrible. They need a good customer service class and the wife needs to learn how to schedule. Never sat in a salon where they screwed up on an appointment and the client was upset and they told her not to come back. If it was for the techs I wouldn't go to this sweat shop.
Oooh La La Nails 5* I've been a customer at Ooo La La Nails for a good three years now, going from when they originally began and now continuing onto their newest one in RiverPoint and have always had the most amazing nails done and always had been treated like royalty. This place is one of the FEW clean Nail salons I've been in and I have to say this place has the best tech's, and when I'm having a bad day it always seems that this place can still make me feel like a queen.
