UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I called and canceled 3 lines of service on 9/19. During that call, we discussed what the charge would be on the upcoming bill. When the bill was drafted on 9/25, it included the 3 lines i had canceled last week. I called and spoke with a rep who had no answers and then was escalated to a Team Level Supervisor. That supervisor did not have the authority to refund my money and could only submit a request, which would take 5 days after and if it was approved. They have some good features, but it doesn't matter when their phone system will not function. We found that we were not getting text messages from our customers. Ooma acted as though they couldn't care less and said they would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. I highly recommend using anyone else before using ooma business phone systems

This is a rip-off. They will not honor their guarantee. Their customer support is in India and will waste your time without effect. Their equipment failed after less than two months. They will not communicate by Email (it would leave a paper trail)....STAY AWAY!!!

Will upgrade your account and start charging you more without authorization or notice. When you try and complain you end up on a wild goose chase. 😡
