I used Ooma Office for quite a while, and overall it worked well. However, we experienced occasional call drops where a customer would call back, only for the call to disconnect again—sometimes three times in a row. Unfortunately, one of these incidents happened with an important customer, who became unsatisfied. After that experience, we decided to switch to another company in hopes of having more reliable call quality.

Wow. Really wish I read these reviews before moving forward this company. ZERO customer service after they received credit card information. Sales rep seemed super nice and accommodating but we found out from our telecommunications provider that they lied and provided false information that would have resulted in the immediate termination of our phone line if we had completed account set-up.
