They have some good features, but it doesn't matter when their phone system will not function. We found that we were not getting text messages from our customers. Ooma acted as though they couldn't care less and said they would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. I highly recommend using anyone else before using ooma business phone systems
Surprising insecure platform. Since there is no two-factor authentication option, someone was able to hack into my mother-in-law's account, purchase pre-paid calling minutes using my credit card (on file) and make international calls. The system must not have even asked them for a CVC number! To make matters worse, there's no way for customer support to tell where the call originated from, no way for me to block international calls on the account and no way to be sure that - even after changing the password - that they weren... read more
