Onyx caters to ambulatory adults who are not in need of skilled nursing care, but who are in need of some oversight and assistance with their day to day affairs. Most Onyx residents are able to perform activities of daily living with minimal assistance from our caring staff, who encourage all our residents to be as independent as possible.

This place is horrible to stay at and to work for. Not only do they have clients that stay there and are on meds working for them. This place is beyond unprofessional and a lot goes on here that shouldn’t. Not to mention there freezers don’t even work they put everything in the fridge even if it has to be frozen …… the fans for the stoves don’t work and so much more!!!!!!!
