Good bloke but didn't set the expectation appropriate.. left a couple of rims to get new tyres on it for 5 days and when I came back the days he said would be ready he hadn't even touched it It's disappointing as I wanted to give local business my preference but he wasn't ready... Took to another shop and they got it sorted within 1h... I run business as well and I know it's way easier to lose a customer than it is to acquire new ones.
