Dr. Holiday is the best! I had a bad ankle sprain that put me in a boot for 3 weeks. My orthopedist told me I would be in a brace for 4-6 weeks. Within a week of removing the boot, Holiday had me phasing out the ankle brace. This was my second ankle injury, and I was not feeling confident. Dr. Jordan Berry and the everyone else I've had the pleasure to meet at Onward has been amazing! Their approach to PT is so individualized and tailored to exactly what you need and constantly changes as your needs change. I have been dealing with low back pain for years and Dr. Berry is the only clinician out of many I have worked with that took the time to listen to my history, perform a thorough physical exam, and create a program that ultimately has kept me pain free for the first time in years :) Highly recommend!

Dr Holiday was the absolute best! Worked with me on my back pain flare ups to not just ease the immediate pain, but strengthen and improve so they’re less likely to happen in the future. Highly recommend!
