I have had low back issues for several months. It has been very difficult for me to get out of bed in the morning because my back hurt so much. Lauren V. introduced me to dry needling. Wow!! What a difference it made. She followed up with exercises that I do every day. She was informative, professional, and kind! I feel so much better that I am now able to return to walking for exercise and hopefully weight loss:). Lauren made a huge difference in my life. I highly recommend her!
