As a doctor and a patient I can state that Heather is an incredible physical therapist and coach (not to mention person). I started seeing her when she and Alex were just starting out at the granary building as I had tweaked my neck. Had been riding without having done a bike fit but wanted to be sure measurements were optimal - they weren’t! Thanks to Alex, took a post bike fit ride today and felt more power with seat being moved up a cm and change in angle, plus some change in cleat position. During the process, he explained in detail why the suggested recommendations might improve my comfort as well as performance. Great experience.
Dr. Alex did a "bike fit" for me today and it was awesome. I could feel an immediate difference in comfort and confidence on both my MtB and my gravel bike. Money very well spent! If youre thinking about it, just do it! And, Alex is your guy.
