I would highly recommend Onward PT for any physical therapy needs. After another injury and set back, I contacted Onward to see if they could assess and create a treatment plan and they were quick and very responsive. They listened to my frustrations and paired me with a fantastic therapist. Dr. Stam has literally changed my quality of life. I’ve been able to do all the things I want and move without pain or fear. I would recommend Onward to anyone.
Dr. Jessi helped me get my life back. When I went into her office I had such severe back pain that I could barely walk, sit, sleep, live without severe pain. I’m having a great time with Dr. Nikki Stam. I started seeing improvements with my knee and shoulder quickly. She’s taken into account my previous experience with PT (that wasn’t very successful) and really personalized a treatment plan that works of me. Their app has made following workouts and homework very doable, and I love being able to message her with any questions. Although I hope to not need future PT, I definitely know where to go if I do. Jessi has been great! She's given me realistic exercises to do at home for my shoulder and my c section scar. I look forward to continuing the progress and working on my pelvic floor!
Jessi is amazing! I came in with persistent back and leg pain, and Jessi was extremely thorough getting to root cause and structuring treatment to alleviate my pain. She listened, explained everything clearly, and provided a treatment plan that has given me my mobility back. Highly recommend!
