Dr. Avula is the best doctor/surgeon ever! She is caring, easy to talk to, and empathetic. She does quality work! My feet are beautiful after surgery. Her staff, Michelle and Kari (Hope I spelled it correctly) are awesome! Even the patients are nice, we all talk and great each other. I don’t think I would have had half as good as an experience as I have had with Dr. Avula. I wish she could do any surgery I would ever need. But I will settle for all the feet and ankle surgeries. This is the best experience I've had with any podiatrists in the West Bloomfield area. Their office is clean and well maintained. The doctor saw me within 5 mins of me walking in and knew exactly how to treat my foot issue. They even followed up to check on me. You don't get this kind of a service now a days.
Dr. Harshini Avula is exceptional. Her intelligence and genuine listening skills impressed me from the start. She thoroughly explained my condition and treatment, leading to fantastic results. Scheduled emergency visit for my husband due to foot pain. He was taken in very quickly and the doctor told him he needed two xrays for each foot. My husband asked her if it was covered with our insurance and she assured him it was. Just to find out later when we received bill that we were charged over $160. Has she not given him wrong information he would have visited urgent care and all xrays are covered there. Dr is great. Went in for ingrown toenail and she was able to take care of it right away. Home care instructions were clear. After care appointments wonderful. Highly recommended the dr and the staff.
