So, I had a real bad experience during the hiring process as a contractor. They reached out after my last review on here and say they are working to work with their teams to make sure those experiences don't happen again. 9/28/2024 their driver decided to kick my dad out the car and leave my fragile sick father ON THE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY in the middle of nowhere at 6:30 pm after he got picked up from the hospital after a procedure he got done because he is a very sick man who can barely walk, feeding tube, and a cane. In short. Mom was picked up at UCSF at 145p by onward transportation to be sent home at downtown SF, which should not take longer than 30mins. However it did with this company (330p - mom is still not home and my dad is in a panick. Mind you my mom is nonverbal) because they had the wrong address and took her all the way to Richmond CA. How they got a different address in their system is beyond me. I contacted UCSF and spoke with the case manager and nurse and they only have mom's address listed in SF.
