I have concerns about OnTrack's operational effectiveness and customer service. The 12-week wait time for uniforms, extending into Term 2, is UNACCEPTABLE! The lack of inventory management, particularly given the PREDICTABLE increase in demand from the school savings bonus, indicates poor planning. The customer service experience has been consistently disappointing, with staff appearing disengaged during transactions. Why any school would ever us them is beyond me. Worst 'business' I have ever dealt with. They are not open at any time that is convient for working families, never answer their phones and close down for random periods of time. They don't carry anything in stock, the showroom is miniscule and they are unhelpful. All this to force you to purchase online with an astronomical shipping cost. What kind of store, catering for schools, closes down during the school holidays when parents are trying to organise everything????????
Staff are always super helpful.
Friendly staff and awesome service. Cant complain about anything.
