I had a terrible experience with Ontime Notary Services. The notary gave me incorrect instructions on how to pay through Zelle, and when the payment issue came up, instead of resolving it professionally, he turned around and sued me. This business is not trustworthy, and I would strongly warn others to stay away. There are plenty of other notary services that treat their clients with honesty and respect—this is not one of them
