I worked closely with Kevin, who gave great advice on potential options, assuming a loan, or taking out a conventional loan. OnTime treated my wife and I like we were family. The whole staff from Cheryl, Mary, Nathan, and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and provided the upmost care to our needs. Definitely recommend.

I have owned homes before, but this was my husband's first purchase. After going through some tricky times in our lives, Kevin and Mary with On Time Mortgage very patiently helped guide us to a better credit rating and we are now out from under the tyranny of our landlord and bought the most perfect house in Illinois. We had a lease deadline that was met perfectly with complete honesty. They really took the sting out of this process and we highly recommend them!
Posted a few years ago complimenting the OnTime Mortage team and how I'd be a repeat customer. Stuck to my word and just finished a seamless refinancing process (IL homeowner). It couldn't of gone smoother. Kevin ensured the timing was ideal and our effort and costs were minimal. Great to work with, will be back!
