I am hesitant to write this review as Keais is not worthy of one star or even one tenth of a star. Truly the worst records collection company you will encounter.

This is the absolute WORST records retrieval company I've ever worked with. They are lazy, inefficient, and overcharge. Half the time, I have to do their job FOR them by following up with the medical providers myself, googling information that is simple to obtain, and re-sending requests to providers. If my clients didn't require that I use them, I would fire them in a heartbeat. AVOID. STAY AWAY.

OK set let me start of by saying BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE! Rodney Nelson in the Customer Care Department is a male on male harasser. There was a guy who worked on his management team back in 2014 and 2015 who quit because Rodney Nelson was sexually harassing him on the job. Rodney Nelson the Director is not a college educated professional. The company hired an uneducated person with no background in management to run a call center. This place must hire collection agents. Our process for ANY request that is not a STAT is 30 days. They know this yet call many times a week over and over.

Repeat request for records that have been sent and they have paid for, incredibly rude and or poorly trained customer service reps... They wanted me to release records asap even though the subpoena clearly stated there is a waiting period!

Horrible, they are not organized and the clinics and doctors have to resend over and over again and again the records that they are being paid to obtain...however they never receive???
