I went for a tour of this daycare 06/05/25 because my family is moving to the Reading Area. I was absolutely horrified at how the teachers deal with the children getting upset. I hear teachers screaming at children as soon as I get out my car. My son would be in the toddlers room and I watched a teacher pick up a kid by his hand, lift him in the air and toss aside because he was being bad. We love Kindercare Ontelaunee & have for many years! From my siblings being in the infant room 25+ years ago to now my niece, nephew and my own daughter - We have always been super happy with this facility & my little girl can never wait to go into school every morning and see her Miss Emilia and Miss Mariah! The teachers at this school really love the kids and it definitely shows!
We love our KinderCare! There are so flexible with our schedule. Everyone knows and greets my son when he walks into the building. They’re always trying to work with us and accommodate his needs. He enjoys being at school and interacting with his teachers/staff. We’re so thankful for such a great environment for him.
