My experience with this accounting firm has been frustrating. Communication from the lead accountant has been poor and I consistently had to follow up to receive responses or progress. The lead accountant seemed impatient and easily agitated, making simple communications unnecessarily difficult. There were ongoing issues with basic technology, including being asked to collect standard documents in hard copy due to difficulties sharing basic files. After agreeing a price in person Mike changed this after no contact for weeks, to an amount that was higher than I was previously paying. when I did not agree Mike invoiced this amount anyway then demanded I pay when he had completed no work for the invoiced amount and would not give professional clearance so I could use another accountant until he got his money which was not agreed to nor did he do any work for.
