I have been using ontax for over 10 years. Mike and the team have been great to work with.
After agreeing a price in person Mike changed this after no contact for weeks, to an amount that was higher than I was previously paying. when I did not agree Mike invoiced this amount anyway then demanded I pay when he had completed no work for the invoiced amount and would not give professional clearance so I could use another accountant until he got his money which was not agreed to nor did he do any work for.
