Just returned from 5 day fantastic cruise. I highly recommend it.. owners and crew are amazing. Treat everyone like family.
We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise from Big Chute to Peterborough. Marc and Robin and their crew made it a great experience. It was worth the drive from South Carolina to be treated so well and see the beautiful scenery. Duane & Deborah Ward
We just completed the Kingston to Ottawa cruise, along with a couple of friends. Also on board were two couples that we met last year on the Peterboro to Big Chute cruise. I highly recommend either one of these cruises as they are very relaxing, and informative. The food is prepared fresh everyday, breakfast, snack (cookies right out of the oven), lunch, afternoon snack, supper and a snack before retiring for the night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CRUISE LINE! If I could give them a '0' star, I would. I booked a June Rideau River Cruise from Ottawa to Kingston for my husband and I in early spring. After hearing about the closure of the Rideau River due to the La Salle Causeway Bridge in Kingston being damaged, I contacted John, the owner, in early May and asked him what was going to happen to our cruise. He advised me that the Rideau Cruises were cancelled for the immediate future. I asked him if I could get refunded for my trip. He told me NO,... read more
