They have been giving my money to someone else for two weeks now. This place is absolutely ridiculous. No one has any clue what is going on. If there was 0 stars they would deserve it.
Nice bank. Friendly staff.
They dont help with anything. They just deny you and tell you to figure it out for yourself. They get paid to just stand there pretty much. Whole family banks with them currently but won't be soon due to their lack of care and help. DONT BANK WITH THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
The staff are friendly and super helpful. Great rates on loans. The mobile app is easy to use too. I highly recommend Ontario Shores Federal Credit Union.
