Called them today for the first time and I must say I am throughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I will most certainly use thier services again and also highly recommend them.
Terrible, judgemental, rude, and extremely unprofessional experience right from the start. "Mark" the manager was extremely rude and hostile since the first interaction. I decided not to proceed with this firm due to the responses, but the unprofessional attitude doesn't stop there. I have added the full conversation for everyone to read, and judge themselves. I have no doubt I will be met with a hostile response for this review as well. I would not want Mark to represent me for any tickets/cases, ever. Proceed with caution!
I was charged with Two tickets ….. Fail to Report Accident and Being Intoxicated In a Public Place. The employees at Ontario Legal Limited were extremely attentive to my matter and kept in contact with me the whole time. A big shout out to Usman Arshad for rest assuring me that he was going to do his best to have these charges withdrawn. He supported me and wanted to hear my version of events. I want to start by saying that I have not had any criminal charges or offences, nor any run-ins with the law throughout my entire life. After dating the wrong person, I was facing 5 criminal domestic assault charges, including assault with a weapon, which were completely falsified. Nonetheless, being convicted could have resulted in jail time, loss of my job, and restrictions on travelling to the USA.
