Stay away from this insurance company no matter what...They will take forever to even get back to you and when you finally call them of course they will deny your claim even after there own adjuster informed you and the company you hired to clean up it would be covered. They will cover the item that failed (Sump Pump) but not the damage it did. I compare this to the brakes in your car, if they fail and you destroy your car they will only replace your brakes back to normal...go figure DO YOURSELF A FAVOR LOOK ELSEWHERE.......... read more
I THINK THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY IS AN HONEST MAN. BUT I CAN NOT SAY THE SAME FOR THE WORKERS THERE. I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS AND NEVER THOUGHT THAT I'D BE TREATED BADLY. RECENTLY MY ROOF WAS DAMAGED BY A WIND STORM AND THEY AGREED TO PAY FOR HALF OF THE ROOF. THE OTHER HALF HAS LEAKS IN SPOTS, BUT DUE TO THE FACT THAT ITS AN OLD ROOF THEY REFUSED TO DO ANY REPAIRS ON IT. I DID NOT ASK THEM TO PUT A NEW ROOF ON BUT TO REPAIR THE SECTIONS THAT WERE LEAKING,THEY SAID NO. THE ROOF DID NOT LEAK PRIOR TO THE WIND STORM!... read more
