UPDATE Ive been with ODSP since I've been 18 and I don't believe they have mental health as an interest. They refuse to understand mental health and doesn't offer any help through therapy or travels An update because many don't know what happens at ODSP. Today I went in and because I didn't know my account number they wanted my SIN number i believe SIN numbers don't get handed to anyone PERIOD unless it's a doctor. If your not going to have any training for people answering the phones, since they cant answer any questions and just yap while giving no answer at all, at least tell them to directly transfer the call to whoever can. Hiring people that cant even speak to answer the phone doesnt make sense does it?
I’ve talked to a few people there I’m waiting for a case worker and hopefully get on ODSP because I don’t have any drug benefits now my ex husband hasn’t been paying for it so I’m giving you people a 5 star rating
