I constantly have been telling them I need to be picked up after a certain time so I can get my kids on bus an they never seem to understand I have kids that are in elementary school that I will not have walk down to bus stop alone and they call me to tell me they picking me up earlier then what I have to get kids on bus. I will not put my kids to walk alone they are only 7 & 9 and I don't have to be at work till 9am so why keep coming at 7am kids get on bus @ 715-720am they are really making things hard for me. Being new to the area I contacted the Jacksonville Transit/OUTS information line to discuss possible routes and times to get to and from doctor appointments. I was rudely told that there was not an available route that serviced my needs. I then inquired about the "dial a ride" transportation option and was told that this was unavailable as well even though my pickup location and destination were both within not only Onslow County, but both in Jacksonville.
