Total Disorganization and Zero Respect for Patient Time The entire experience with ParaMed Onsite Flu Shots has been an absolute nightmare. If you are considering using them, be prepared for a complete lack of professionalism and communication. Their internal systems are clearly broken. We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00 AM today. How is a agency like this allowed to operate? So far only one PSW has shown up on time. All the rest of PSW's from this company have no concept of being punctual. Their website shows nice pictures of smiling PSW's and smiling patients - all fake.
They where supposed to come at 7pm and it's now 9 and no one has showed up. I keep calling and no one responds. They told me that the nurse makes her own schedule.
Very bad customer service. Nobody answers the phone. Promise you that an issue solved however everything stays the same... very disappointed.
