How is a agency like this allowed to operate? So far only one PSW has shown up on time. All the rest of PSW's from this company have no concept of being punctual. Their website shows nice pictures of smiling PSW's and smiling patients - all fake.
They where supposed to come at 7pm and it's now 9 and no one has showed up. I keep calling and no one responds. They told me that the nurse makes her own schedule.
Very bad customer service. Nobody answers the phone. Promise you that an issue solved however everything stays the same... very disappointed.
Customer service is very BAD. Can not reach anyone over the phone. Always reach voicemail. f you leave message (most of the time it is full) never return. Missing PSW service. They never call and inform if the service is cancelled. Always saying excuse "under staff" "NO one to cover" Totally upset with the service
