Yvonne and Pam are fantastic. The business I work for has been working with them for a few years now. They are very knowledgeable and always are ready to assist in whatever we need. They are very sweet people and have a great work ethic. I could not recommend them more.
I can't recommend them. Yvonne will say all the right things to get your business, but the execution is terrible. She filed an extension on my return even though I got everything to her by her communicated deadline, and wasn't proactive in getting it done after the fact. I finally took my business elsewhere when it became clear she wasn't keeping track of previous communication and started asking for the same information repeatedly even though I had provided it.
