I would like to thank the Onsen Staff and specifically Jasmine for the incredible service and massage I received last week. I had a one hour massage and wish I had booked longer. It was honestly one of the best I have ever had. I now have movement in areas of my back that have been tense for years. Thank you Jasmine! I look forward to returning. The facilities, cleanliness, presentation and professionalism was fantastic.

My husband & I both had a 90 minute massage ( 1 remedial 1 relaxation) With Amy . 6/6/25 We both have had plenty of massages before , this massage was incredible (and I don’t say that lightly ) Was $$$ but in hindsight absolutely worth the splurge and we both raved about the different yet amazing massages . Apparently was her first day ! She’s a keeper I literally floated out Reception staff lovely too . . ( Disappointed at the outdoor onsen though . Seemed very blah .
