We have been coming for years! Every year we have looked forward to this bit of our trip. Aug 2025 the place was filthy. The showers have build up on the walls and floor and floor waste filled with hair. No moisturizer, no face towels. Towel bins filled with over 30 towels… none of the things you would expect for the price. Onsen is thick with Chlorine.
To pay $55 per person was ridiculous! The outside bath was lovely for my muscles, however they never clean it and whilst trying to relax saw clumps of hair, band aid, paper napkin and other rubbish near my head outside the rocks. People had kids in there talking the entire time, someone took my fresh clean towel & the women's showers are so feral and need new grout and silicon. Both onsen and deep tissue massage with Meagan were good. But one thing to take into account is the onsen is unisex. Will definitely come back.
Amazing experience. The onsen was a great place to relax. Jazmin did an excellent job with a deep tissue massage that has left me feeling better than any other massage has. Overall very impressed with the place and I'll definitely be back
