A delightful find! I came with my fiance and rented the hot tub + sauna combo, and it really exceeded expectations. The showers are really chilly, but a nice "cold plunge" between cycles. Front desk was nice, calm and helpful.
It's nice. Clean bathrooms. Employees are nice. Patch work in the tub in room 1 is a bit.... gross looking. The stuff they used to patch it is brown. It's a white tub. Also the tubs are soooooooooo not level. Water will pour out one side while the other side is far from overflowing. If you have belongings near the tub.... don't.
Came here New Year’s Day since Springfield spas was closed. Our hot tub never got up to temperature. We called the front desk to ask about it and was assured it would warm up. We waited 20 minutes and nothing, the water coming out of the jets that barely work was even colder than the rest of the tub. $40 with tip for a 20 minute soak. Not even an apology when we told them it’s not warming up and we were just going to leave. Definitely will not be coming back.
