I had an appointment with this company and they were a no-show. It’s easy to let someone know if you are canceling, but these guys elected not to do so. Unprofessional.
The prices are ridiculous for the quality service you will receive. It is not a match. If I'm paying top dollars I should get a five star service. Worse customer service from the reservation process to the chauffeur service. I didn't feel safe with the drivers I have been assigned. They are out of shape and older. God forbid they get a heart attack or any kind of health problem during the time they are servicing me. There's many other limo companies with better service and lower prices.
