The best to the credits... Good customer service, the workers are attentive and patient. I highly recommend it.
This is the branch I use most of the time and my experience is usually really great. Today however reminded me why I hate going to new tellers. My transactions usually take twice as long with new teller which I expect, however today's transaction was even longer. She had to get approval for a large deposit I was making which I'm used to. However, on the second transaction, she. was insistent that she needed approval for something that has never needed approval before. This is not my normal branch and I'm going to ensure it stays that way. Grace helped me deposit 3 jack's, and it took probably 15 minutes to deposit three checks while she sat there in silence as I sat there wondering why in the world it was taking so long. The only thing she said was "I need to get approval" and when I asked how much longer it was going to take her reply was a short "you're just going to have to be patient".
