Ana Cardenas was incredible. Very polite, respectful, and professional. She resolved my payment issue. My dental office notified me several times that I still had an outstanding balance. I brought them proof, but my proof didn't stop the calls. Ana was able to contact the right people, and gave me a copy of the check that was sent to the dentist that was clearly stamped by the same office. Problem solved. Great job!
I love this credit union. They have always been upfront and respectful. I have always been helped with anything that I needed. There was a lot of questions that I needed answered and Nancy Mandujano at the Hillsboro Fred Meyer gave me all that I needed and put my mind at ease. She is the best
Rude staff, specially supervisor Juana.
