I was setting up an external online payment and I had made an error. Taytom Gilliam assisted me, she was patient, kind, knowledgeable. She corrected my error and set up my online reoccuring payment t in the app alongside me ensuring I understood everything she was doing. I appreciate the customer service at OnPoint and Taytum is an excellent employee!
