I have a mixed review and not sure how to rate. OnPoint has the best in-0erson customer service. The teller Tatum literally caught fraud happening on my account in real time and was able to freeze it be fore anything bad happened. She is my hero! However, when I went in to set up a new account for safety, we forgot to have them re-enable my app. I need to reconnect all of my bills to my new routing number this weekend or there will be hell to pay. Best Bank ever. Got tired of the monthly fees, with Wells Fargo despite being grandfathered in to their old free checking. Love OnPoint, have our Heloc with them and highly recommend them for any home lines or line of credit. Friendly and up front about everything.
