Terrible experience honestly. Went in to open an account and there were hidden fees that they weren’t upfront with me about. When it was much more than I was originally told, I had to verify it with my spouse. We agreed it wasn’t the best time for an account. The gentleman who was working me was very demeaning. I met with The manager, Ruvim. I needed help getting nine Cashiers checks. He was warm and friendly. This branch is the best!
This is the best branch Onpoint has! We enjoy coming to the Orchards office and seeing friendly smiling faces, everyone is very very nice, polite, and very friendly, you can tell people enjoy coming to work here.
