I have found them to be slow and very difficult to work with. They come across as the type of bank that feels like once you’ve deposited something it’s their’s. They exhibit a pattern of passive aggressive behavior. I would not recommend opening any type of account with them and avoid banking with them at all costs.
I have been with OnPoint for over 30 years and they have been easy to work with. Thank you OnPoint for being consistent and dependable.

5 resounding stars for Analisa, Christina, and Branch Manager Barry at the OnPoint Cherry Park branch. I do not live near Portland, but do bank with OnPoint. I received a call directly from Analisa immediately after someone attempted to cash an odd-looking check from my bank account. The staff at the Cherry Park branch obviously had clear protocols in place. They immediately mobilized those security measures on my behalf.
