We had an excellent experience at this onpoint branch. Barry, the branch manager was super helpful guiding us in the right direction with friendly staff. Our agent Jessica has done an outstanding job. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the entire process. Barry the branch manager was awesome to work with and extremely helpful. If I lived in this area I would want this to be my financial institution. Keep up the good work!
Fast and friendly service
I have found them to be slow and very difficult to work with. They come across as the type of bank that feels like once you’ve deposited something it’s their’s. They exhibit a pattern of passive aggressive behavior. I would not recommend opening any type of account with them and avoid banking with them at all costs.
