I worked with Sean L for my auto loan, we finalized everything yesterday. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for a better OnPoint representative to be my guide through the process. Love the people there makes me feel at home when I go in. I had a big issue with what I thought i had gotten scammed. I entered the office in tears hoping some one could. Amy jumped in and took care of everything. she made me feel taken care of listened to and like a person who deserved to be helped.
