Don’t recommend them today. Waited over a half hour to see someone as people just stacked up in the waiting area.
Every time I go there’s a large line. It doesn’t seem like member representatives like their jobs with the exception of a few that I never see. This is the only location that charges me for cashiers checks & I don’t know why.

Undo the upgrade. I used to love going to the online website to check my balance. Now it is such a pain doing so and takes so much time. All of my family and friends want to change credit unions. They are complaining of this same thing.

OnPoint Credit Union is run by White racist men like Rob Stuart and white racist, misogynistic men like Stephen Owen. There are ZERO Black people in their corporate office on Vaughn street.
