Walked in, should have just walked out. I am starting my business and looking for banking near by. Finances are not my strong suit, design is. Wanted to see the benefits of banking with them, since they are in the same network as my current bank NFCU. After waiting 30minutes listening to the front desk person, go over another customers account information before anyone approached the 4 other people waiting for assistance. Awful just awful, it's such an old school bank you have to come in for absolutely everything you need. Once you do Come on never enough staff super slow and I hate it. The worst bank to bank with for sure.
