I’ve banked with OnPoint for many years without any issues — until recently. My business account was hacked, and just a week later, it was hacked again. When I discovered the second breach, I called right away. They told me they would shut down the account and that I could come in to reopen a new one. But when I got there, I found out they never actually closed the account — and the fraudulent charge had already gone through. I’ve banked here for like almost a year now and literally every time I try to deposit a check or something there’s an issue and I end up never being able to access my money when I need it. It’s getting really old and their staff is not helpful at all. Need to switch banks.
