Since then, our mission has remained the same - to promote the financial well-being of our members and to ensure the safety and soundness of our credit union. I’ve banked here for like almost a year now and literally every time I try to deposit a check or something there’s an issue and I end up never being able to access my money when I need it. It’s getting really old and their staff is not helpful at all. Need to switch banks.
Their garbage online banking system will ruin you.
This branch really, really cares about members. I was in a tight situation related to my safety. Nick stayed long after the bank was closed to go above and beyond ensuring I was going to have my information protected when I walked away. Thank you onpoint!

Getting 3 stars because ive gotten great customer service so far. Only Getting 3 becuase you guys are the ONLY bank in the area closed for "inclmate weather" ( some ice on roads). Not very cool for those of us living check to check and need to deposit our checks ON payday.
