Since then, our mission has remained the same - to promote the financial well-being of our members and to ensure the safety and soundness of our credit union. find another place for good service WOW what ever happend to customer service.I have been a member for 10 years and have had many perfectly paid loans and put up to $10,000 per month in my account for the last 10 years apparenty that means nothing now that i have paid off all the loans and use their checking only and use another bank for savings now they feel that they have to hold my checks from payroll due to not leaving enough in my account i explaind to the teller that use there account for bills and bill pay and i didnt... read more
Terrific credit union We have been members for many years - since it was Portland Teacher's Credit Union. The service is great, including the loan department. We love Pam in Loans. She is a great resource.
Good choice we have always had great service with Onpoint. Even if you go in at a busy time of day they have enough tellers and the tellers are friendly and helpful.
Good place! I would recommend this On Point branch to anyone. The staff is very helpful and I go in alot with my sister who is a customer. They are quick and efficient. I recommend them, they even remember my name!
