Cards was supposedly sent out but i never received a new card . Got an email stating my old card will be cut off . Call on path to be told to go in to get a card printed only to get to location to be told their card services are down . Ain’t no way card services has been down everyday since Monday and no one have thought to get this fixed . I’m now without a card and having to wait 7-10 business days for a card . Welcome to the bank of getting your paycheck paid back to you in installments, branches with atm tellers that don’t accept your cash, and and customer service reps who all follow different policies when you use the customer service phone number. Literally find any other bank. Ffs. Edit to clarify: I will be closing my account just as soon as all my paycheck is available to me NEXT WEEK.
