From 1961 to 2019 ASI grew to extend its membership to almost 64,000 members and has extended financial services across Southeast Louisiana and beyond. It's so hard trying to get someone on the phone who has compassion I have absolutely been trying my hardest to get my sister situation resolved at this point I wanna talk with the CEO I'm going over all their heads and getting a lawyer involved when I say no one is accommodating at the Louisiana ave branch this bank is terrible and don't mind mentioning an email cause I've. Worst account opening experience I have ever encountered. Applied and several days later my application was missing from the portal. Tried communicating through email and phone and got no response through email and operators that never followed up on phone. Avoid at all costs or you will simply waste your time.
