PPS (Piss Poor Service) Usually no problem but today after 15 minutes in line today at the Harahan location I finally gave up. One teller was handling a couple, with 5 people waiting in line. When asked if they could get another teller at the front desk, the teller advised she is the only available teller. Why then are there four stations for four tellers. So what do they do with all the charges, fees, and interest they receive? Surely not investing in personnel. One unhappy customer.

I deposited a $25,000 check into my OnPath Federal Credit Union account via online deposit on 1/13. Without alerting me prior, the deposit memo stated the funds would be held until 1/21. The check fully cleared the originating account on 1/14. To be safe, I called OnPath before 1/21 and was explicitly told by a representative that the funds would be released on 1/21. On 1/21, the funds were still unavailable. When I called again, I was told the hold had been extended until 1/26 with no prior notice or valid explanation. I ex... read more
