I had booked a couples massage with my partner with one male masseuse and one female masseuse. They changed the male to female masseuse without advising me, it’s disturbing that they would do that! No call or anything to tell me about the change.

Our experience at Uno spa started out as a bit of a disaster and ended up as an exceptional experience. We had put the spa in our GPS and it had taken us to a location far away from the actual spot, causing us to miss our scheduled appointments for massages and treatments. After calling Stephanie at the front desk, she was exceptionally accommodating and changed the time of our treatments to a time that we could make later in the day.
